Throughout the year, we celebrate kindness by wearing our #choosekind shirts and clothing with positive messages. Please complete this form letting us know a random act of kindness that you completed at home or in school.

On each Kindness spirit day, we will randomly select a few to read. Those students will receive a kindness certificate and a prize.

Please have the students submit this with the parent! This should NOT be done during school hours! Thank you!
